Lord Cheluvarayaswamy is adorned with the diamond-encrusted crown brought from the Mysore Palace. The crown is guided to the temple with lots of vigor and zeal, charm and grace.
The idols of Sridevi and Bhudevi are also richly decked up with flowers and ornaments. They are placed in the golden garuda . Thousands of devotees and followers from various parts gather in this place to observe and mark the whole festival. They sing devotional songs in the honor of the Lord.
