Fresh Curd instead of water
Method :
Cut all the Vegetables to same length & size.
Boil all together in a cup of water.
Girnd Coconut & chilies .Add Curd instead of water to a fine paste.
Carrots
In a bowl mix rice flour,salt & the paste.
Add to Veges when the veges are cooked.
Sprinkle Curry leaves & Coconut oil when they done.
