Ingredients
1. cubed potatoes - 3 cups
2. finely chopped onion 1/4 cup
3. water 1 1/4 cup
4. salt to taste
5. all-purpose flour 2 table spoon
6. black pepper 1 teaspoon
How to Cook:
Combine potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and water in a covered pot and cook until potatoes are tender. Blend flour with 1/2 cup of milk to make a smooth paste. Stir in to the potato mixture. add the rest of the milk and cook for another 8 minutes or until thickened enough
