Some of the other culinary delights in Kerala are Appam made from fermented rice batter consumed with vegetables or chicken, mutton.
Puttu is a steamed cake made in long hollow bamboo or metal cylinders.
You can have this steamed banana , sugar and hot spicy gram curry. Tapioca and fish curry is a mouthwatering fish curry cooked with garlic paste, onions and red chilies, seasoned with curry leaves.
Seafood is favorite food in Kerala
and eaten at every meal. Various fish including sardines,
mackerel, tuna, rays and shark are eaten, as are crabs,
mussels and oysters.

banana chips, murku (friend rings
made from a mixture of rice, pulses and spices), shakaruperi
(banana chunks coated with jaggery and ginger)
and halwas (thick pudding made from flour and sugar
