Ingredients

3 Cups Long Grained Rice
- 1 Cup Grated Coconut
- 2 Cups Peanuts
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Channa Dhal
- 1 Tsp Urad Dhal
- 2 Or 3 Curry Leaves
- 4 Red Chilies
- 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Oil to Fry
- Salt to Taste
Method
-
Boil rice in adequate water so that it is not sticky.

Fry peanuts and coarsely powder in a mixer.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

Add channa dhal, urad dal and fry till dals turn golden brown colour.

Add red chillies, grated coconut and fry for a while.

Add peanut powder, rice and garam masala powder. Mix well.
