Ingredients

30 Spinach leaves
- 4 Boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 5 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ cup gram flour
- 1 tsp Chili powder
Method
-
Boil, peel and smash potatoes.
- Fry onions in heated oil.
- Add green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
- Add potatoes and salt.
- Cool the mixture and shape it into rolls.
- Place a little filling in the center of spinach leaf.
- Wrap the spinach leaf round the potato filling.
- Prepare the batter using rice and gram flour, little salt, red chili powder and water.
- Dip the spinach rolls in the batter and deep fry in heated oil.
