Ingredients

4 Bread slices
- 1 Cup channa dal
- ½ Cup grated paneer
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 3 Green chilies
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method

Wash and soak the channa dal for 2 hours.
- Grind the gram dal into a paste.
- Soak the bread slices in water.
- Add soaked bread slices, paneer, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies and salt. Mix well.
- Make rolls out of the mixture.
- Deep fry the rolls in heated oil.
