Ingredients

2 Cups Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Peas
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
Method
-
Boil mushrooms, potatoes and peas.
- Peel off the outer skin and mash the potatoes.
- In heated oil, sauté chopped ginger and onions.
- Add mashed mushrooms, garam masala, lemon juice, peas, salt and chili powder.
- Add mashed potatoes into cups. Stuff it with above mixture.
- Join the edges together and make them flat.
- Fry it with oil till it turns brown
