A wonderful location, hardly 7 minutes drive to the Lake and eating places completely neglected by the management with abysmal service levels and callousness. The chaotic restaurant with zero courtesy and respect is an irritant. The abundant walking space, play area, garden compensate for the service. The staff at the reception were nothing close to being friendly.

Villanova , ttdc kodaikanal, The tarrif change 30 days after booking a cottage online is ridiculous. No communication was sent by TTDC and there was none availabe even at the head Quarters who had authority to make a waiver for their mistake! Our attempts to see the manager failed for 3 days as we were told that he had a busy day and left after breakfast. I simply do not understand what work the manager had outside of his hotel. Just for your information, it is not a budget hotel neither. I found better places very close to Lake at similar tariff. My laments were that if this facility is run by a prominent private company, this will be nothing less than a 5 * resort!
